At 3:16 lure company, our goal is to create confidence inspiring, high quality swim baits for the serious fisherman. Each of our baits is carefully hand poured and checked for quality. Each bait comes with a premium hook that is ready to fish right out of the package. Designed by mickey ellis in laguna hills, ca, the original mission fish was released in march of 2000 after 2 years of careful design and development. The mission fish was the first, and is still the only, truly weedless swimbait. Since it''s release in 2000, the mission fish has accounted for no fewer than 6 bass over 15lbs including giants of 19-7 and 21-11.2 lbs as well as numerous double digit largemouth bass from the United States and Japan. The sidewinder and top dawg were released in march of 2003, introducing to the public the first lipless swimbait and the first popper style swimbait. And in july of 2003 the bluegill was unveiled, giving anglers a truly fishable realistic bluegill bait. All of the 3:16 baits are 100% original, designed by mickey to bring paradigm shifts to the swimbait world.
